High School student by day, Hollywood hooker by night, Donna Wilkes (Grotesque) stars in a movie that could only have been made in the 70’s or 80’s.
Angel is a movie that was successful despite itself. A seedy and exploitative picture that was akin to Savage Streets in subject matter was extremely lucrative at the box office despite its disgusting nature.
A fun and gross movie that is the perfect example of a grindhouse film and definitely at home within the halls of the Grindbin.
