New Year’s Evil is a movie that has one element that makes it instantly memorable. The majority of the film is plodding and your typical slasher fare but once the twist is revealed the film instantly redeems itself and becomes something I will continue to reference in conversations.
Competently made and released by Cannon films, New Year’s Evil is a movie that deserves a watch around a certain time of year and is something fun to introduce to friends on a movie night.
